Melee Developments is an agile, high-growth developer established in late 2023 as a specialized subsidiary of the Al Ahly Sabbour Group. Led by Chairman Gasser Bahgat (former CEO of Madar), the company focuses on creating "branded" lifestyle experiences, specializing in luxury hotels, boutique residential clusters, and innovative commercial hubs.

Rivette Amwaj is the crowning "Jewel" of the Amwaj development in Sidi Abdel Rahman. Originally famous for its "Rivette Mall" (the largest commercial hub in the area), this phase has evolved under Melee to include a limited collection of ultra-modern, fully finished residential units.
