Developer History

Gates Developments is a major force in the Egyptian real estate market, officially established in 2019 as the development arm of a massive industrial group founded in 1996. This group includes United Arab Company for Construction and Building and Gates Con, their in-house construction arm.

• The "Gates Con" Advantage: Unlike many developers, Gates owns its construction company, which allows them to maintain strict quality control and accelerate timelines. In early 2026, the company demonstrated this by delivering the Gates Privé project in Sheikh Zayed one full year ahead of schedule.
• Portfolio & Scale: Under the leadership of CEO Hassan Nasr, the company has delivered over 3,100 units as of early 2026. Their footprint covers the New Administrative Capital, 6th of October, Sheikh Zayed, and the North Coast.

Project Details – Venia New Capital

Venia is a boutique luxury compound designed as a "Natural Haven." Spanning 40 acres in the New Administrative Capital, it is built in partnership with the Egyptian Company for Natural Gases (GASCO), ensuring high-level institutional oversight.

• Architectural Concept: The project utilizes a "Classic Contemporary" style, blending arched European silhouettes with modern glass facades.
• Construction Status (February 2026): The project has reached approximately 50% construction completion. Concrete works for most residential buildings are finished, and finishing works for the facades are actively progressing.
