Developer History

Lasirena Group (also known as La Sirena Real Estate) is a prominent Egyptian developer established in 2006 (some records cite 2005). Under the leadership of Chairman Eng. Ahmed Omar, the group has spent nearly two decades specializing in integrated tourism and residential projects.

• Growth: The company manages a land bank of over 2.5 to 3 million square meters and has successfully delivered more than 15 major projects and 4,000 residential units.
• Regional Expansion: In late 2024, Lasirena Group announced its first international expansion through a strategic partnership with UAE-based HE Holding to develop projects in Abu Dhabi.

Project Details

Lasirena Palm Beach is a flagship coastal resort on the Red Sea, designed as a 365-day-a-year destination.

• Scale: The project spans approximately 47.5 to 50 acres, featuring a 320-meter wide beachfront with a depth of roughly 450 meters.
• Land Layout: Adopting a low-density model, only 20% of the land is built-up. The remaining 80% is dedicated to "blue and green" infrastructure, including lagoons, swimming pools, and landscaped gardens.
• Architecture: Buildings are designed in a U-shape to ensure the majority of units enjoy a direct view of the sea.
• Unit Types: Includes luxury studios (from 40 m²), chalets (65–145 m²), duplexes (170–200 m²), and standalone villas (up to 300 m²).
