Lasirena North Coast is an established 55-acre (approx. 231,000 $m^2$) resort designed as a Mediterranean "Family Haven." The project is built on two tiered levels—the second being 6 to 7 meters higher than the first—to maximize sea views across the entire community.

• 2026 Status: The resort is a mature, mostly operational project. While earlier phases are inhabited, final premium units in the latest "Aqua-zone" and "Alura" sectors are scheduled for delivery through late 2026.
• Unit Types & Sizes (2026 Update):
• Studios: Starting from 45 $m^2$ to 60 $m^2$.
