Lasirena Group is a highly reputable Egyptian real estate developer, established in 2006 (some sources note its inception in 2005). Note on Connectivity: While the project is a convenient drive from Cairo, it is important to clarify that it is not "near" Cairo International Airport or the Pyramids in a local sense (both are roughly 180–200 km away). It is, however, a favored weekend destination for Cairo residents due to the straightforward highway connection.
