Developer History

Origin & Evolution: Founded in 1982 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Cred Real Estate Development (initially Castle Real Estate) originated from the partnership of Misr Clearing Company and Castle Company. Expansion to Egypt: In 2018, the firm launched its Egyptian operations under the name Cred Developments, focusing on high-end luxury mixed-use residential, administrative, and commercial projects.
