Al Jazi Developments is a prominent real estate developer in Egypt, recognized for delivering high-quality mixed-use and commercial projects. Their portfolio includes landmarks such as Al Jazi First Mall, Hurghada City Center Mall, and the Artic residential project.

The company operates under the ownership of Sheikh Faisel, uncle of Tamim, governor of Qatar and chairman of the Qatari Businessmen Association in Egypt. Sheikh Faisel also owns City Center malls in Doha and Hurghada, JW Marriott Giza, and other notable hospitality assets.

Concept & Design: Inspired by the game of chess, the layout resembles a chessboard. Buildings are named after chess pieces, and the overall planning was executed by Meinhardt, a Singapore-based design firm.

• Comprises 12 mixed-use buildings: 10 office buildings and 2 buildings housing the Moxy Hotel by Marriott
