Origin & Evolution: Founded in 1982 in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, Cred Real Estate Development (formerly Castle Real Estate) emerged from the partnership of Misr Clearing Company and Castle Company. Expansion to Egypt: In 2018, the firm launched its Egyptian operations as Cred Developments, focusing on high-end administrative, commercial, and residential mixed-use projects.
